For over 30 years, Fiberlock Technologies, Inc., has been the leading manufacturer of products used to address environmental, safety, and health hazards.
From its inception, Fiberlock Technologies has been driven by innovation and creative solutions to serious problems. In 1978, Fiberlock launched its flagship product ABC® Asbestos Binding Compound, the most successful asbestos encapsulation solution on the market. This was followed by LBC® lead barrier compound, which is accepted for use in all 50 states as a permanent lead abatement method.
Fiberlock also developed the first mobile containment unit used for asbestos abatement called the Kontrol Kube. Since then the Kontrol Kube has evolved to become the leading product in bio-containment, dust and particulate control, and patient isolations in health care facilities. Today, these units can be found in thousands of hospitals and facilities all over the western hemisphere.

In 2001, Fiberlock introduced its IAQ™ line of mold remediation products including ShockWave – the most versatile disinfectant/sanitizer and cleaner on the market with over 130 organism kill claims, and AfterShock® Fungicidal Coating – the first coating EPA-registered to kill mold.
As a company that has built its success on addressing environmental issues, it was a natural progression for Fiberlock to be the industry leader in green practices and products. In 2008, Fiberlock launched Five Shades of Green™ and the Green Focus™ Certification program.
