We may need to update our Privacy Policy, and if we choose to do so, we will post the changes on this page. Such changes shall apply to information collected after the date of the change. However, non-personally identifiable Website visitor information, including aggregated or deidentified information, may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

YOUR CHOICES

You can correct or update your personally identifiable information by re-registering, updating your profile, or contacting us by e-mail at customer.service@aramsco.com or telephone at 1-800-767-6933.

You can always limit the communications that Aramsco sends to you. To opt out of commercial e-mails, simply click the link labeled “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” at the bottom of any commercial electronic communication we send you. Please note that even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still need to contact you with important information about your account.

DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

Because there is as of yet no common understanding of how to interpret Web browser-based Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals, we do not currently respond to undefined DNT signals.

RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

Personal information that we collect, access or process will be retained only as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it was collected, unless otherwise provided for under services contracts with clients or as required or authorized by law. Personal information that is no longer required to fulfil the identified purposes will be destroyed, erased or made de-identified.

HOW WE USE COOKIES; INTEREST-BASED ADVERTISING

We collect information through cookies. You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information or sharing of personal information for cross-context advertising. However, for the 12-month period prior to the date of this Privacy Policy, Aramsco has not “sold” or “shared” any personal information for payment of money. We may collect and share information through website cookies and other tools used for online advertising. When you exercise these rights and submit a request to us, we will verify your identity by asking you for your email address, telephone number, or the last four digits of a credit or debit card used at Aramsco. We also may use a third-party verification provider to verify your identity.

Your exercise of these rights will have no adverse effect on the price and quality of our goods or services.

You may appeal any decision regarding your privacy rights requests and/or to request further information about compliance with California or other law by e-mailing: 
privacy@aramsco.com. Please include "Privacy Rights Appeal" in the first line of the description and your mailing or street address.

California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once per calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2023 will receive information regarding 2022 sharing activities). To obtain this information from Aramsco, if applicable, please send an e-mail message to  privacy@aramsco.com with "Request for California Privacy Information" in the subject line and in the body of your message. We will provide the requested information to you at your e-mail address in response.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Website and services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age without verifiable parental consent. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, please contact us promptly by sending an e-mail message to privacy@aramsco.com with "Request for Child Information Removal" in the subject line and the name and age of the child in the body of the message. We will then make reasonable efforts to delete the child's information from our database and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law).

RIGHT TO LODGE COMPLAINTS

We are transparent about the ways in which we collect and use personal information, and welcome your questions and concerns.
